WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
When you shop online, you may return unused products within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must remain new, unused, and must not have undergone any substantial deterioration. Returns are always free of charge. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest and most practical way to exchange an order is simply by placing a NEW ORDER for the product you want and returning the product you already have. This way, we can proceed with your refund. The process will be faster and easier.

Once our warehouse has confirmed your return, our Customer Service Center will begin your refund process. We ask that you contact us to follow up on your request.
