Comercializadora de Calzado El Maratón S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” with registered address at Felix Ma. Zuloaga #104, Presidentes de México, C.P. 37236, León, Guanajuato, Mexico, issues the following Terms and Conditions so that various products may be marketed and offered to the general public through its electronic channels, each member of the public being identified individually as the “User.”

PAYMENT METHODS IN OUR ONLINE STORE

BANK TRANSFER
This payment method has a validation period that may take 2 to 3 business days, and once your payment has been verified, we will begin processing your order so it can be shipped as soon as possible. When selecting this payment method, you will receive an email notification indicating the total amount due, as well as the bank account details (Account Holder, Beneficiary Bank, and Beneficiary CLABE Account).

PAYU LATAM
The benefit of this payment method is that, in addition to allowing payments with credit or debit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS), it also allows you to pay in cash at any OXXO and 7-Eleven store (with an additional average collection fee of $8 pesos), or by deposit at Santander, Scotiabank, Bancomer, or IXE. This payment system will notify us by email once you have made your payment within a period of no more than 72 hours.

PAYPAL (CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS)
By paying through the PayPal portal, which will notify us by email once you have made your payment. From that notification, within no more than 48 hours, your payment will be validated so we can begin processing your order.

BANAMEX ECOMM (CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS)
You may pay through the portal using Banamex’s payment module without the need to create an account. The bank will notify us whether the payment was accepted or rejected, and within no more than 48 hours your payment will be validated so we can begin processing your order. For first purchases made with this payment method, the bank authorization code or the purchaser’s IFE and credit/debit card will be requested without exception.

As a security measure for you and the Company, for credit or debit card payments through PayU Latam, PayPal, or Banamex, for purchases of more than 3 items, you may be asked to send a scanned copy of an official ID (IFE or Passport) and the credit/debit card used for the purchase, both front and back (in the case of the credit/debit card, you must cover the middle 8 digits and the security code). If you do not wish to send the card used for the purchase, you may send your bank transaction confirmation number or a scan or photograph of the cover page of the most recent valid card statement for the card used for the purchase.

INVOICING

You may request your invoice from the moment you make your first purchase by adding your tax information in the Delivery Information field.

Once your payment has been validated, we will register your invoicing request so that it may be sent to you in printed form together with your order and by email.

If you did not enter your invoicing information at the time of processing and paying for your purchase, you have 10 calendar days from the date you received your order to request it. Your invoicing request must be sent by email to aperez@triples.com.mx, indicating the following information:

Individual: Name and Surname; Address (including Street, Exterior/Interior Number, Neighborhood, Postal Code, City, State, and Country), Telephone Number, and RFC.

Legal Entity / Company: Corporate Name or Business Name; Address (including Street, Exterior/Interior Number, Neighborhood, Postal Code, City, State, and Country), Telephone Number, and RFC.

You must also indicate your Order Number and the email address with which you registered in the Online Store. Please allow 24 to 72 hours to receive the corresponding invoice by email.

TERM OF CONTRACT

The Contract ends when the parties have fulfilled their obligations.

The Company may terminate the Contract early if the Price is not paid on time, for which purpose the parties expressly agree that total or partial non-payment shall result in automatic termination by operation of law, or if the User breaches any of the obligations assumed in this document. COMERCIALIZADORA DE CALZADO EL MARATÓN S.A. DE C.V. may choose to demand performance of the obligation to pay the price or terminate the Contract and seek damages; it may also demand compensation for losses and damages.

RETURN POLICIES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
When you shop online, you may return unused products within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must remain new, unused, and must not have undergone any substantial deterioration. Returns are always free of charge. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Promotions and discounts are subject to availability.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER?
The fastest and most practical way to exchange an order is simply by placing a NEW ORDER for the product you want and returning the product you already have. This way, we can proceed with your refund. The process will be faster and easier.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once our warehouse has confirmed your return, our Customer Service Center will begin your refund process. We ask that you contact us to follow up on your request.

The refund method will depend on your original form of payment.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT WITH DEFECTS OR DAMAGE?
If your product has defects or damage, please contact us so we can discuss the option that works best for you. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.
